A beautiful bouquet of flowers by Georges Emile Capon. 1890/1980. Oil on canvas signed lower right. This tight framing gives us a saturated image of peonies in warm colors. This painting has restoration work on the back. It has been cleaned and varnished. Capon is an engraver, collaborator of Dorignac, founding member of the Normand artists group alongside Pierre Hodé. His gallery owner was Berthe Weill. Dimensions 92x73 cm
