Roberto Masi is considered an important exponent of Italian Primitivism. He began his activity as a painter in 1962 by painting small fragments of a horse or a house. Since then Masi has embarked on a path that has led him to develop a highly personal style. Masi's world is in antithesis to the expressionistic world.
