"Commode Stamped Nicolas Petit (1732-1791) 18th Century "
Central Ressaur Commode From the Transition Period, Stamped Nicolas PETIT + JME (Jurande Des Maîtres Ébénistes) It is in Rosewood Marquetry surrounded by Green-tinted Greek Filets, in Amaranth Frames. It opens on the front with 5 drawers, including 3 in the belt, which close with attached keys. The Uprights have Simulated Flutes. The front feet are slightly arched, decorated with Bronze sabots. Its top is covered with its Languedoc Red Marble with a gorge all around. It measures 132 CM in length, 58 CM in depth and 84 CM in height. It is in very good used condition.
