"Cedar Rice Measure....from China"
In the language of a friend we would say "bellissimo"... in French I opt for the term... elegant... to best describe this extraordinary object of popular art from China. Ancestral object, of which I will not mention the name of the dynasty which saw it born, all in cedar wood, magnificent and slender. This pot was used as a rice measure, the curved shape of the handle is remarkable.
