Period full calfskin binding. Spine with 5 gilt raised bands with floral motifs, red and gold title label. Red slices. Used condition, sound paper despite some classic foxing from time. Old bookplate in the margin cut out by a former owner. Binding: various traces of wear (cracked leather on the spine: reading), bumped corners, slightly rubbed covers. Weakened lower cap, but solid work and easy to read.
Beautiful medical work from the 18th century to learn everything about putrid fevers and its remedies, smallpox, gangrenous sore throats, etc.
