Magnificent large ceramic butter pot and its lid made and decorated by hand in Fez, Morocco. Rich Moorish decorations with typical and warm colors derived from local pigments. This superb old polychrome enameled ceramic pot called JOBBANA meaning "cheese" was used to store butter and cheese or to churn milk. This covered pot is in exceptional condition; It transports us with its superb production and its oriental warmth, to a country rich in traditions and will fit happily into any type of interior.
