Mohamed Bouzid: is an Algerian painter born in 1929 in Lakhdaria (formerly Palestro), settled in Paris from 1994. He created, independence, the seal and coat of arms of the Algerian Republic in 1963. He participated in numerous exhibitions, notably in 1964 in the Algerian Painters exhibition at the Museum of Decorative Arts in Paris. His last major exhibition was the retrospective at the National Museum of Fine Arts in Algiers.
