Antique Charles X Work Table, Early 19th Century Period.

Description: Charles X French work table in fine exotic wood with maple inlay inserts.

The top lifts up and hides a series of compartments inside as well as a mirror to be used as a toilet.

The band under the top hides two drawers highlighted by the presence of a dense raceme inlay.

The feet are scissor-shaped and are joined by a central crossbar and end with gilded bronze feral paws.

Ps: Small crack on the top due to age.
