"Ghent Goldsmith Samovar In Silver Metal 1830"
Jacques Augustin Gandais circa 1830 Samovar 19th century Silver Metal Kettle in finely chiseled silver metal, with rocaille decoration of flowers and plant arabesques, base decorated with foliage and fleur-de-lys, vintage 19th century. Presence of letter engraving partly erased. This samovar is in good condition despite some signs of wear. The handle is made of bone (beef?) Hallmark under the samovar rest marked "PALAIS ROYALE" for GAUDAIS PALAOS ROYALE.
