"Important Clock "the Two Fates" Attributed To Ferdindand Barbedienne 1810-1892 "
Important Pendulum "les Deux Parques" after the model of Ferdinand Barbedienne, 2nd half of the 19th century, the pendulum represents Aphrodite and her mother Dione draped in Antique, Brown patinated bronze, stamped "reduction Mècanique A.Collas, Achille Collas and Fernandinand Barbedienne signed the founding agreement of the Ferdinand Barbedienne Company and Achille Collas on November 29, 1837 and now work together, Barbedienne takes over the commercial management and Collas supervises the production. The Clock was built in three parts, the heavy bronze base gold plated with lion paws and burgundy red velvet covering serves as the base for the white marble in the middle of which is the clockwork. The conclusion is this exceptional and beautifully crafted bronze work depicting Aphrodite.
