Art Deco Porcelain Tureen - Gm Monograms - Rouard - Hutschenreuther

Ivory-colored porcelain tureen decorated with a light beige ribbon on the lid and the back of the handles. Enhanced with touches of fine gold and bearing the initials GM, the decor is by Rouard. Shaped piece from the Art Deco period, part of a service where we find the stamp of the Hutschenreuther Hohenberg Bavaria 1814 - 1914 factory, of which only a few pieces are marked. The tureen bears the words "Decorated in Paris by Rouard." All in excellent state of conservation.
