The old watercolor church signed and dated 1932 and located Saint Briac Marcel Oudin was born on December 10, 1882 and died on November 11, 1936 in Paris. Coming from a modest family, he entered the School of Decorative Arts in Paris in 1900 at the age of 18. Despite a fragile constitution, he has an impressive capacity for work. We owe him the old hotel Le Gallic built in 1926 in Dinard, the Celtic hotel in Saint Cast, the grand Hotel du center and that of the Panoramas in Saint Briac, he is also the architect of the golf club and the swimming pool of Dinard .
