Elegant pendulum in gilded bronze and crystal from the royal manufacture of Le Creusot. Resting on a mercury-gilded bronze base, two crystal columns cut into diamond points support a gilded bronze dial topped with a capital decorated with palmettes. Description of the mechanism: the movement is signed by the mechanical watchmaker Verneuil based in Dijon and recognized for these complicated mechanisms. The wire clock movement features a radiant sun balance with a rock crystal tiara at its center. The mechanism is functional, supplied with its winding key. Early 20th century period around 1810.
