Important crossbow-shaped chest of drawers in violet wood veneer, opening with five drawers in three rows. The slightly concave sides are decorated with three curling frames in a violet wood frame. The drawers are decorated with finely chiseled gilded bronze handles and keyholes. A veined brown marble matching the sinuosity of the plan rests on the chest of drawers. Our chest of drawers bears the stamp of François Fleury, a Parisian cabinetmaker from the middle of the 18th century. François Fleury, brother of Adrienf, was also a master cabinetmaker in Paris, he lived on rue Traversière having kept Adrien's first workshop, which he continued to operate until the beginning of the reign of Louis XVI, his furniture is stamped with the initials FF
