Table XIX Oil on canvas, portrait of a woman signed Charles Morancé. Charles Morancé was born in Le Mans in 1872 and died in Boulogne sur Seine in 1935. Charles, a portrait painter, participated in the exhibition The Painters and the Sarthe, presented in Le Mans in 2001 at the Queen Bérengère Museum and at the Epau Abbey. Very well done portrait, great finesse in the execution, very realistic green eyes. The fur stole is in a pronounced blue tone (which can be seen in the few photos because it is shiny varnished) and perfectly complements this portrait.
