Born in 1892 and died in 1977, Georges-Armand Masson is a French journalist, writer and painter. j In 1954 he created the Salon of Drawing and Water Painting, with the painters Henri Cadiou, André Dunoyer de Segonzac, André Hamburg, André Jacquemin, André Lhote, Jacques Villon, etc. Director of Fine Arts, museums, libraries and religious buildings of the Seine department, he is also the author of numerous monotypes and watercolors.
