Large polychrome wooden sculpture representing a Chinese immortal, probably Li Tieguai. He is represented with his characteristic bare head and bushy hair, his protruding ribs, dressed in a long monk's robe, with attributes in his hands. The wooden sculpture is covered with plastic floral appliques and an extruded wave pattern, the design of which can be interpreted as follows: 落花流水 luò huā liú shuǐ. “The flowing water carries the flower far away without leaving a trace”. This is a Buddhist reflection on the fragility of life.
