Very beautiful terracotta with bronze patina, superb reproduction of the famous discovery of Greek fishermen near Marathon and which shook the world of Art: a youthful statue of incomparable beauty which can be attributed almost without doubt to Praxiteles. It is probably Hermes who seduces posterity. The original is in the National Archaeological Museum in Athens. Lead seal engraved "made in Greece - Museum"
