Cassone chest in richly carved solid walnut from the 17th century. Opening with a molded cover on 2 sides A movable tab on the left side allows it to be held open. Original locks, no key. Superb waxed patina. Rests on a magnificent molded base in perfect condition. Paneled on its 3 sides, sculpted with medallions with acanthus leaves and geometric arcatures, its panels are made of burr walnut. It also has a drawer which is located in the lower part of the chest. This splendid chest with its beautiful proportions offers you plenty of storage space.
