Vietnam, first half of the 19th century, Nguyen dynasty, superb lacquered wooden Buddha represented sitting on a lotiform base in the dhyana-mudra position associated with a deep state of meditation. Very beautiful dark patina still showing parts decorated with copper leaf. Very good quality piece.
Height 16.2 cm. The scale indicator in the last photograph is a small model of a lighter from a brand known to everyone.
Good condition except for slight wear and the presence of cracks normal in relation to the age and without impact on the aesthetics.
