Large circular dish in cloisonné enamel on copper. Origin Japan, late 19th century Meiji style. Model richly decorated with flowers, 2 partridges and 1 dragonfly on the edge of a stream all on a blue background surrounded by a pretty frieze with polychrome decoration and resting on a small heel. very good general condition, slight wear and friction from use will be noted. diameter 30.5cm
