"Copper Telescope - 19th Century "
Telescope from the end of the 19th century, the body visibly made of copper having taken on a dark brown patina over time, a little green. The optics work as well as the zoom, but the front glass has obviously been changed and glued back on. The wooden tripod has original rubber pads, but one of the 3 has been replaced with modern felt. Tube diameter: 90mm. Tube length adjusted to maximum: 163cm. Length between each foot: 73cm. Tripod Height: 129cm. Total Height Bezel upwards: 205cm.
