Oil on canvas signed Mantra lower right. Polychrome composition. Pierre Mantra, born in Geneva in 1935, studied at the Beaux Arts in his city and then became a student of Auguste Herbin. Exhibited in 1954 at the Salon des Réalités Nouvelle with Viera Da Silva, Hartung and Vasarely. Exhibitions: Gallery Level Madisson Avenue New York. Bellechasse Gallery in Paris. Galerie du Perron in Geneva. Rath Museum in Geneva. Provenance: artist's studio fund then private collection in the south of France.
