Silver stew spoon, single-plate model, by the master goldsmith Etienne Affre, Auch after 1723 and before 1749. Etienne Affre was received as a master goldsmith in Toulouse for Auch on June 8, 1723. Weight 144g - length 30.6 cm Condition, good, traces of use. The spatula is engraved with the coat of arms of the Prugue family. Auch depended on the jurisdiction of Toulouse until 1775 then of Bayonne.
