Antique ring whose setting represents a flower whose heart is decorated with a natural yellow sapphire held in a closed setting in a polylobed surround decorated with rose-cut diamonds stylizing the petals of a flower. The basket is openwork and the start of the ring is decorated on both sides with 2x3 rose-cut diamonds.
