Medal signed Henri Dropsy, French work early 20th century. Little girl sitting praying to the Virgin Mary who can be seen above her. The medal is in 18 carat (750 thousandths) yellow gold, eagle's head hallmark, signed lower left by Henri Dropsy, famous medalist of the Art Deco era. The back of the medal is not engraved.
