Probably a unique piece. Signed on a plinth of the base. Emile Voir († 1895). Sculptor of the French school, mainly portrait painter, born and died in Paris, where he was a student of Eugène-Louis Lequesne (1815-1887), Francisque Duret (1804-1865), Eugène Guillaume (1822-1905) and Jules Cavelier (1814-1894). He participated very regularly in the Salon des Artistes français for around twenty years, from 1873 to 1892. Excellent condition, beautiful patina. Price nonnegotiable.
