Oil painting on wood panel from the late 19th century representing a partially naked woman with a cigarette. Very interesting painting with a slightly daring subject and a seductive subject treated with very good virtuosity entirely in the spirit of Jean Gouweloos. Contemporary work of the latter. Excellent condition of the wooden support panel as well as the original gilded wooden frame, dimensions 46 by 56 cm. Note the presence of a signature at the bottom right to decipher, see photos. .
