This Art Deco regula sculpture is signed by the artist Joseph Carlier born in Cambrai in 1849 and died in Paris in 1927. This group represents a shepherd dancing while playing the flute to his kid. Regula with green patina mounted on a base in black marble, in perfect condition. Joseph Carlier studied in Cambrai in the studio of Lecaron, then obtained a scholarship to enter the National School of Fine Arts in Paris in 1869, where he was admitted to the studio of Jules Cavelier. Base height: 3 cm
