"Paperolles Reliquary - Saint Joseph And The Child - 18th Century"
It is on a central medallion with precise details and in painted wax that Saint Joseph holds the Child in his arms. It is surrounded by a montage of rolled and colored papers, presenting arabesques, floral motifs and serrated wheels. Present are eight ex-ossibus relics of Saints Prosper, Celestine, Ambrose, Boniface, Alexander, Dedoat and Basil.Set in excellent condition in a carved and gilded wooden frame.
A convent work from the beginning of the 18th century.
