Terrestrial "sphere" globe or world map, drawn up by R.Barbot, geographer, engraved by L.Sonnet, signed Ikelmer Publisher-manufacturer of spheres, Ministry of Public Education, 128 rue Amelot Paris, support in blackened wood and gilded brass, scale 1/40,000,000, from the 19th century. This globe is in good general condition, very decorative. Note: a depression at the level of Europe and below the globe (see red arrows), some small accidents and gaps on the globe, wear, stains, yellowing and small tears on the globe, wear and tear on the support, see photos.
