This beautiful Tabriz rug, high quality Persian, takes up the criteria of ancient Persian decorations, knotted with great finesse and superb quality of Kork wool.
Around 1970-1980, we can hardly imagine the immense work to create such a marvel.
The quality of these Persian pieces cannot be demonstrated, the work is fine, precise and durable over time.
The materials used are of the highest quality:
Kork wool Fine and soft Kork wool is taken from the neck and under the belly of the lambs at the first shearing.
It composes the velvet tied on a fine cotton for the weft.
This rug is clean (spotless), the wool is knotted beautifully and finely tight as these rugs always are.
It reveals shades full of contrasts, many colors, including three blues, pink, red, apricot, salmon, curry, black, almond green and moss green, and ivory....
It is surrounded by a border bringing together palms, lotus flowers and bouquets of almond blossoms.
