"Three Pieces Of Silver Metal Tea Or Coffee Service "
Very beautiful set of three pieces of tea or coffee service from the Art Deco period. Silver metal of good quality and very beautiful shine. The weight of silver indicated on each piece from largest to smallest is: 25 g, 18 g and 12 g. Unfortunately the goldsmith's mark remains to be identified. The handles and grips on the lids are of black wood, probably ebony. The purity of lines is the most accomplished expression of Art Deco. Each of the pieces has six sides which all have the same inclination from one piece to another. The same goes for the legs and the upper edge of each. The result is that, whatever the arrangement, all lines are parallel and the harmony isperfect. The handles of the two jugs, very detached, obey the same rule of similarity. This superb set will look great in your window or on a plain colored tray or on any other warm-toned wooden furniture.
