Sumptuous “marabout” coffee pot  from the Darty nineteenth century in solid silver. It is marked with the guarantee hallmarks for solid silver from the Bruges Assay Office for the period 1814-1831. The master goldsmith's mark is that of Carolus De Pape (1763-1840) who was still admitted to mastery under the Ancien Régime. It weighs a generous 605 grams.
