Louis Philippe Chest Of Drawers Whitened Burr Walnut Late 19th Century

French dresser Louis Philippe late 19th century. The wood is of the bramble of bleached walnut.

The drawers are made of beech. They have been sanded and they are smooth. This chest of drawers is equipped with four dovetail drawers ensuring perfect solidity. The drawers can be opened daily and hold many sometimes heavy objects. They slide perfectly. 

The "wire" locks are elegant and made of brass. The key is ceremonial and used to open the drawers.

The facades of three drawers are decorated with chopsticks.
