Antique French Empire console in mahogany feather with black Belgian marble top.

The front is marked by a large drawer highlighted by a gilded bronze frieze depicting a mythological scene.

The two corners are characterized by two mahogany columns ending with finely chiseled gilded bronze capitals and base.

A rectangular base acts as a connecting element and rests on cushion feet.

Condition: Restored by our master craftsmen with traditional shellac and handmade alcohol method.

Provenance: France, early 19th century.
