“It was in 1924 that he debuted at the Salon des Indépendants, then appearing at the Salons des Surindépendants, the Société Nationale des Beaux Arts, d'Automne and the Tuileries.
He is considered one of Utrillo's disciples. He developed a principle of lacquer decoration with the same colored resources as easel painting."
