"Jacob Stamped Tiger Mahogany Commode"
chest of drawers on plinth opening with four drawers, tiger mahogany veneer on a Hungarian oak frame, top of a rare breccia portor marble, stamp used by Alphonse Jacob-Desmalter from 1830 to 1847. He delivered a lot of furnishings for the castle of Eu and many others, this chest of drawers comes from a large castle in the Cher valley
