Large living room chest of drawers, transition between the Louis XV and Louis XVI periods, opening on the front with five drawers in three rows. The rounded uprights are decorated with simulated fluting decorations ending in small curved feet. This elegant 18th century chest of drawers is made of rosewood marquetry with amaranth frames, boxwood and hornbeam fillets. The original marble top has Sainte Anne gray projections. It is also decorated with beautiful gilded bronze ornamentation. This piece of furniture is of Parisian origin and has restorations from use and maintenance.
