"Dan-kru Mask, Ivory Coast"
Facial mask presenting a face with tubular eyes, the nose is thin and slightly triangular in shape, the half-open mouth reveals a row of iron teeth. The flat forehead overhangs the face and descends in fins on the sides of the face (slight lack on the left side). The lines are fine and reveal a determined and almost brutal expression. It is a very successful sculpture.
