Pair of celestial blue and white porcelain lamps decorated with flocks of birds in a medallion surrounded by flowers.
Each lamp has a medallion with three birds on each of these faces.
The lamps seen from a distance are identical but up close you can see that each flower and bird is unique and painted by hand before firing the porcelain.
The lampshades are made of silk, the interior lined with light blue gray silk and are adjustable in height (53cm to 70cm) on the central brass rod locked by a notched wheel. Rests on four height-adjustable feet on plate, all in bronze. The wiring has been changed to a 2.60m twisted gold fabric finish version with switch, the socket is new too.
