Large pistol (55 cm) with blackened fruit wood stock (pear tree), wheel plate marked S for Suhl, German city ancestrally known for its iron mines, round barrel punched S for Suhl below, three counterplate screws (lace collar washer), silver knob with the weapons of the Order of St. John of Jerusalem, very good condition, no wood enture, good functioning, Louis XIII era, around 1630.
