Silver vermeil choker necklace on the back, composed of 28 horizontal pear motifs, each set with three turquoise cabochons and surrounded by black enamel with white dots. In the center is suspended by a hooked bail a small medallion, with the same enamel, decorated with a stylized pansy motif composed of turquoise cabochons.

Fully functional ratchet clasp hidden in the pattern.

Removable medallion with its hinged opening crystal compartment.

ET punch on the ratchet.
