David Teniers II, known as the Younger, born in Antwerp on December 15, 1610 and died in Brussels on April 25, 1690 (at age 79), is a Flemish painter, son of David Teniers the old and Dymphna de Wilde.
Son-in-law of Jan Brueghel the Elder, known as Velvet, whose daughter Anne he married in his first marriage, he is the father of the painter David T7eniers III.
He remarried in 1656 to Isabelle de Fren, with whom he had four children. He is the nephew of Juliaen Teniers.
