Canvas By Georges Gobo. Beautiful canvas representing Toledo and the Toledo mosque. It is the work of Georges GOBO, French artist born in San Francisco in 1876 and died in Rézé near Nantes in 1958. Very well referenced as a French painter, illustrator, lithographer and engraver. the works from his workshop were dispersed to Drouot in 1991. a retrospective was organized at the grand theater of Angers in 2009. Numerous prizes and distinctions. He exhibited in Paris at the Bernheim gallery in 1919, at the Durand Ruel gallery in 1925. Georges Petit gallery in 1926 among others.
