"Monoxyl Boat Diorama"
The cargo ship, the two tugs and the sea are sculpted into a single block of wood, very skilfully with even the wake waves. Only the following are reported: - a few elements too small to be removed from the initial block - an surround with cut sides forming a frame. Note the small gaps which it should not be very difficult to reconstruct in the non-monoxy parts, in particular the tug chimneys, cargo masts, antennas, etc. Traces of paint or black dye on the decks and superstructures. Dimensions with the frame 60 by 29cm approximately.. 1930s, 40s
