Exceptional cornillon absolutely unique in its manufacturing quality and aesthetics. Forged steel blade with chamfer from the ricassot to the tip which is reinforced over 3 cms. Deer antler handle on which is fitted an exceptional palm spring which imprints the shape of the andouillet, covers the entire length of the knife to end in a rattlesnake tail with 3 balls of 4 lines. It is also decorated with 2 grooves over the entire length and rises with an axis on flowered rosettes. The metal ring is closed and decorated. The blade rotation axis is also mounted on an axis with flowered rosettes. The spring lock is perfect and very firm. The blade is perfectly straight and sharp. Magnificent work from the second part of the 19th century, perhaps responding to a special order or a master's work.
