Referenced as a painter of portraits, landscapes, seascapes, flowers, sculptor. Brother of Mathieu Verdilhan, he started at the Salon des Indépendants in 1910. His firm design, its solidly structured volumes, are reflected in his work as a sculptor. In painting his works are strongly influenced by those of his brother.
