Large Haute Epoque fragment in sculpted stone depicting a head of the Virgin with long wavy hair. Despite the fragmentary state and obvious scratches, this sculpture, characteristic of the Gothic period, remains interesting and retains a nice general reading and a beautiful patina. It was based on a square section marble base. French work from the 14th century.
