Pair of Louis XVI style armchairs in gray lacquered wood and gold trim, late 19th century Upholstered with midnight blue velvet, upholstery nail finish. The two seats have been redone (traditional upholstery) while retaining the original velvet. This one is in good condition and particularly soft to the touch but nevertheless has a few small, barely visible stains as well as a “mark” on the back of one of the armchairs. Small restoration at the top of one of the folders (slightly visible on the back of the folder, see photo). Seated dimensions: H 43 x 50 x 47 cm Total height: 86 cm
